information - online pricing quotes that has been
sent within the day will receive its response within 2 hours
Monday thru Friday if submitted before 3:30pm PST excluding
weekends & holidays. Our quotes includes:
Changes/Corrections
- You may submit your file and retrieve a softproof as many
times as necessary BUT with an additional cost. To avoid
these extra charges, be sure your files are complete, properly
formatted and proofed before submitting them to Printland.
Corrections & Changes made by our staff are NOT INCLUDED
in our quotations. We are more than willing to help you
with any problems. We charge $60 per hour to make changes
and corrections with a minimum charge of 15 minutes.
Color
Standard - We do not offer exact color matching
due to monitor differences. Our quality guarantee does not
include defects due to color matching due.
Proofing
- We offer 2 proofing methods:
- PDF Softproof online at NO charge.
- Softproofs, laser proofs will be used for the body copy.

Online quotes may change at any time.

Written quotes are good for 30 days.

Our cost estimates are considered tentative until the job is in our
shop for inspection. Estimates may be revised and customers will be
notified.

When requested, extra services such as color separations, film
preparation or correction, proofs, stock variations, additional bindery
and delivery will be added to the quoted price.

Normal delivery is 7 full working days upon proof of approval on our
standard jobs. Rush requests are handled according to workload and
priced accordingly.

The customer must examine the completed job and notify us of any
deficiencies within 48 hours of receipt of order. We do not accept COD
shipments of any kind.

We regret that no cash refunds will be made once a project has been
printed whether or not it has been shipped.

All other industry trade customs shall apply. If unfamiliar with
these, ask us. In the event that any legal action is initiated, the
venue shall be in Los Angles County, State of California, subject to
California laws.

Shipping - Our normal shipping is UPS ground (1-7 days nationwide) unless
otherwise specified. If you need it sooner, we offer Next Day and 3
day UPS. Our shipping rates are the best available. Shipping rates
apply to the continental US.
Payment - We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express but you have to fill
out the Authorization Form fax it back to us.
